At Citrine Mobile Notary, we value your time and ours. As a mobile notary service, travel and scheduling are essential parts of our workflow. This Cancellation & Refund Policy ensures transparency for all clients and helps us serve you more efficiently.
Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund of the $62 travel deposit.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, arrive more than 15 minutes late, or fail to show up, your appointment will be marked as a no-show and your $62 deposit is non-refundable.
Please notify us promptly if you need to reschedule. We will do our best to accommodate changes with appropriate notice.
Once your documents have been received and submitted to the California Secretary of State, the apostille service becomes non-cancellable and non-refundable.
Fees cover the processing, notarization (if applicable), courier handling, and state filing fees.
If a client cancels before documents are sent, a refund may be issued minus the travel fee, provided cancellation is requested at least 24 hours in advance.
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 5–7 business days via your original payment method.
For bundled or package services, refunds will be prorated based on services rendered prior to cancellation.
All services include travel fees, which are clearly outlined in your booking and confirmation.
Any custom agreements or rescheduling terms will be provided in writing before or during service.
