Cancellation & Refund Policy

Effective Date: April 23, 2025

At Citrine Mobile Notary, we value your time and ours. As a mobile notary service, travel and scheduling are essential parts of our workflow. This Cancellation & Refund Policy ensures transparency for all clients and helps us serve you more efficiently.


1. Cancellations and No-Shows

  • Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund of the $62 travel deposit.

  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, arrive more than 15 minutes late, or fail to show up, your appointment will be marked as a no-show and your $62 deposit is non-refundable.

  • Please notify us promptly if you need to reschedule. We will do our best to accommodate changes with appropriate notice.


2. Apostille Services

  • Once your documents have been received and submitted to the California Secretary of State, the apostille service becomes non-cancellable and non-refundable.

  • Fees cover the processing, notarization (if applicable), courier handling, and state filing fees.

  • If a client cancels before documents are sent, a refund may be issued minus the travel fee, provided cancellation is requested at least 24 hours in advance.


3. Refund Processing

  • Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 5–7 business days via your original payment method.

  • For bundled or package services, refunds will be prorated based on services rendered prior to cancellation.


4. Additional Notes

  • All services include travel fees, which are clearly outlined in your booking and confirmation.

  • Any custom agreements or rescheduling terms will be provided in writing before or during service.
